IoT solutions provider now provides manufacturing customers bandwidth for innovation using Chicago-based UI LABS’ robust collaboration network

FISHERS, IND. (PRWEB) JUNE 12, 2018

ClearObject, an Internet of Things (IoT) Systems Innovator, announces its partnership with Chicago-based UI LABS and the Digital Manufacturing and Design Innovation Institute (DMDII). As one of more than 300 partners at UI LABS, ClearObject has access to top talent from universities and industries to collaborate, develop, deploy and commercialize new solutions and inventions that improve asset tracking, predictive maintenance and operational inefficiencies in manufacturing.

UI LABS established DMDII to connect organizations with resources to drive technology-based economic development. The lab allocates new technology to partners, equipping them to build things faster, less expensively, and at a higher quality. ClearObject will work with UI LABS at DMDII to advance customized IoT solutions in the manufacturing industry, improving visibility and empowering workers to be efficient, reduce risks and ensure compliance. The company will also participate in UI LABS’ Supply Chain Technology Showcase on June 19, an event for manufacturers to explore digital technologies being developed at DMDII that span the supply chain, such as supplier identification, logistics, and procurement.

“We’re excited to have ClearObject as a partner, and value the company’s dedication to solving complex business obstacles with IoT experiences,” said Lizabeth Stuck, director of membership engagement for DMDII. “Additional IoT expertise within our network will help us fulfill our mission of enabling U.S. manufacturers to make every part better than the last.”

ClearObject specializes in developing customized systems to bridge gaps between innovative ideas and constraints in existing technology within an organization. Because each company is unique, a one-size-fits-all approach is not an effective method to get work done, so ClearObject identifies new ways to specifically approach each organization’s obstacles.

“Organizations have to constantly innovate if they want to stay ahead and reduce inefficiencies that increase costs,” said John McDonald, CEO of ClearObject. “With our network of established partners like IBM and Google and UI LABS’ robust collection of collaborators, we can begin to transform U.S. manufacturing with customized solutions that solve complex organizational challenges.”

ClearObject began its partnership with UI LABS in May 2018. Other key members of UI LABS include: Boeing, Caterpillar, Dow, Lockheed Martin Corp., Northrop Grumman, and Stanley Black & Decker.
