Kimberly Gallagher to manage financial and operational efficiencies

(FISHERS, Ind., Feb. 8, 2019) – ClearObject, an IoT systems integrator, has named Kimberly Gallagher vice president of finance and administration. This announcement comes shortly after ClearObject’s acquisition by private equity firms Egis Capital Partners and ABS Capital Partners in January. Gallagher began her role at ClearObject on Jan. 28, 2019 and is reporting directly to Mike Reffeitt, president of ClearObject.

In her role at ClearObject, Gallagher will be responsible for all financial operations and manage performance analytics, contracts, and all operational efficiencies within the organization. She will also supervise the director of human resources and a soon-to-be named controller.

Most recently, Gallagher held a financial leadership role with Republic Airways, managing a large team and long-range plans of $1.2 billion in revenue and strategic investments. She was responsible for operational efficiencies, business analytics, KPIs and contract negotiations. Prior to her work at Republic Airways, she served as s

enior financial consultant and portfolio manager at Anthem, Inc. where she managed annual budgets up to $300 million and consolidation of business lines from acquisitions.

Additionally, her work for First Federal Bank of the Midwest and for a female-founded, multi-million dollar company headquartered in northeast Indiana adds to her distinguished, 20-year career. As a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and with previous roles in accounting, financial reporting and treasury, she brings invaluable skills and experience to the growing ClearObject finance team.

“Kimberly is an exciting addition to the ClearObject team at this point in our company’s growth,” said Mike Reffeitt, president at ClearObject. “Her experience is an ideal fit as we work to expand operations and develop IoT solutions that make our customers pioneers in their industries.”

In her free time, Gallagher is active in her local community where she serves as a board member and treasurer of the Indiana Coalition to End Sexual Assault (ICESA).

“ClearObject is at the brink of something big,” said Kimberly Gallagher. “It’s a great time to join the company as it is scaling and adding new customers who see the importance of data-driven products & technology as efficient and productive tools for success.”
